Dispatch & delivery

We take 2–3 days to ship your order after getting it ready. Full delivery usually takes 5–8 days.

Prepaid orders arrive faster — Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can take a little longer to reach you.

Certain remote areas may take longer. Due to the rainy season or seasonal challenges, deliveries may be delayed.

Tracking & updates

All shipping information is shared with you via email, SMS and WhatsApp through our shipping partner — you'll always know where your order is.

Timing

  1. Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email.
  2. Your order is packed and dispatched 2–3 days after the order confirmation.
  3. You'll receive an email with your tracking number within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  4. You can also check your order status anytime in the 'My Account' section on our website.

Your address

Please write your full address clearly and correctly at checkout — once an order is placed, we cannot change your address.

Unforeseen delays

During sales, peak seasons and public holidays, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Your patience is truly appreciated during these times.
