We don't accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests on our products. Once an order is placed, we're unable to cancel it or modify the delivery address.
The only exceptions — your product arrives damaged, or the wrong design was sent to you. In that case, we've got you covered with an exchange.Damaged or wrong design?
Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll exchange it for you.Include your order number and a clear photo or video of what you received — it helps us sort it out fast.
Refunds
Where a refund applies, it's issued as store credit only — of the same order amount.We do not offer cash or bank refunds.
Your address
Please write your full address clearly and correctly at checkout. Once an order is placed, we cannot change your address.
Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund.
